Customer Service Engineer (CSE)
Responsibilities:
- Become the first row to receive and handle customer complain
- Check and resolve simple customer hardware/software related problems, or escalate to L2 Repair Engineer when needed
- Respond to customer inbound/outbound call when necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Qualification:
- S1 Graduated, majoring in IT, Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skill, customer satisfaction oriented attitude
- Strong knowledge in computer hardware/software
- Experience min 1 year as CSE
- Ready to work hard and under pressure
