This television station in the first devoted audience in the youth (aged 13–25 years) and had broadcast events MTV Indonesia. After early 2000s, this station evolved into a station for all ages, together with other television stations.
On September 29, 2005, Rupert Murdoch’s Asian broadcaster STAR TV bought a 20% stake in antv. Under Indonesian law, foreign companies can only have a 20% stake in local media companies.[1]
As of 2008, antv has 24 relay stations covering 155 cities across Indonesia. It reaches 130 million people.

Technical Support (TechSup)
Responsibility

• Manage and report on the use, provision, condition or lawyer-instalan and operation of equipment in the studio, OB van, OB and SNG Kit
• Ensuring that all equipment can be used optimally and efficiently

Requirements:

• Age 22-25 years
• Education D3 Electronics / – Weak Flow
• Able to read Technical Drawing
• Understanding the AutoCAD and Visio Drawing
• Mastering MS Office
• Willing to be placed on all job sites

HR Operations Manager (HR)
Requirements:

• Male / Female, age max 40 years
• Education Minimum Bachelor (S1)
• Mastering the mechanism for payroll, Pph 21, Labor Law
• Have extensive knowledge about the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
• Have a minimum of eight years experience in same field
• Dynamic Open hearted, loves a challenge, accustomed to working with the team

ME Technician (ME Tech)
Responbility:

• Ensure the implementation of periodic maintenance system
• Analyzing the damages incurred and do repairs on mechanical equipment and electronics

Requirements:

• Age 22-25 years
• Education D3 Electro / Strong Flow
• Able to read Technical Drawing
• Understanding the AutoCAD and Visio Drawing
• Mastering MS Office
• Willing to be placed on all job sites

Installer (Inst)
Responsibility:

• Perform installation of studio equipment
• Perform action anticipation on existing equipment to maintain clean and ready to use

Requirements:

• Age 18-22 years
• Technical Vocational Education Electrical / Electronic
• The installation and computer knowledge preferred
• Willing to work shift work hours
• Willing to be placed on all job sites

Motion / Graphic Designer (MD)
Responsibility:

• Designing a creative concept design in accordance with a preset and make graphic design or animation production
• Provide a good creative design in a visual form, animation and print as needed

Requirements:

• Age 25-30 years
• Graduated D3 design schools, which are preferred over animation, graphics and effects
• Personality of creative, imaginative and innovative
• Communicative and able to work together in teams

Copy Writer (CW)
Responsibility:

• Create a script to the writing of program activities on air promo
• Direct voice over to speak according to the script that has been determined

Requirements:

• Age 25-30 years
• Having a great understanding and interest in terms of script writing media
• Preferably with experience in the same (Promo, TVC or Advertising)
• Personality of creative, imaginative and innovative
• Communicative and able to work together in teams

Sponsorship Coordinator (S. Sponges)
Responsibility:

• Organize, execute and supervise the activities related to sponsorship projects or programs based on the daily events of proposals, budget and dateline.

• Age 25-30 years
• Education Minimum Bachelor (S1)
• Minimum 3 years experience in same field
• Personality of creative, imaginative and innovative
• Communicative and able to work together in teams

Promo Producer (Prod.Prom)
Responsibility:

• Started, made the concept and realization of creative concepts based on the needs of the Company
• Implement creative needs of everyday promo suitable assignment
• Conduct research and monitor the trend of the current

Requirements:

• Age 25-30 years
• Education Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Design, Communications or Broadcasting
• Mastering the editing and graphics applications
• Minimum 3 years experience in same field
• Personality of creative, imaginative and innovative
