CIPUTRA GROUP was founded by Ir. Ciputra and his family about 25 years ago. Our core business is property, but we have business activities in media and retail. We have been developing big scale housing complexes, malls, hotels, apartments, golf courses and other property related business.
Ciputra Group has 3 go-public companies (Ciputra Development Tbk, Ciputra Surya Tbk. Ciputra Property Tbk) and some non go public companies.
Now we aim to expand to all over Indonesia and other countries.

HR Coordinator

Requirements:
* Male/Female, max 35 years old
* Hold Bachelor degree in Pyschology and master degree in human resources is an advantage
* Having experience as HR Supervisor min 5 years, especially handling recruitment, development, compensation benefit and personalia
* Excellent knowledge in filing skill
* Willing to travel
Trainer
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Maximum age 35 years old
* Hold Bachelor degree in Management/Psychology or related background.
* Having related experience as Trainer min 5 years
* Having experience to design training need analysis and training evaluation
* Having skill to write article, teaching and handling tabloid company once in 3 month
* Good communication in English both written and oral
* Willing to travel
