Executive, Security & Risk Management (Code: SRM Bandung) – Bandung

Job Responsibilities

  • Organizing Security and Safety operation in West Java region and reporting to GM SRM Department
  • Ensuring physical protection and any mater related to Security and Safety of company, people, and properties are managed well
  • Oversee the maintenance and effectiveness of security and safety equipments.
  • Liaise with local, regional, and national law enforcement on all aspect pertaining to security.
  • Coordinate activities of personnel in reviewing or updating measures due to new or revised regulations.
  • Review any security/safety incident/accident, conduct investigation
    to determine the facts surrounding incident/accident so that remedial
    action can be taken
  • Promote awareness of risk management to employees within the region
  • Define and communicate preparedness and coordination response in emergency situation
  • Interpret security rules and direct subordinates in enforcing compliance
  • Assist in establishing operational procedures for activities such as
    fire prevention and fire fighting, guarding and patrolling physical and
    investigation of incident and accident.
  • Produce report irregularities and hazards to appropriate personnel.
  • Produce and maintain SRM documentation, tracking, statistics and reporting

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in reputable university
  • Understand or having good knowledge about west java areas
  • Skill in operating MS words programs.
  • Good English, both orally and written.
  • Have more than 2 years experience in Operational Security field.
  • Understand and practice security concept.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure

Executive, Real Estate (Code: Exe, Real estate) – Jakarta

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible to provide real estate facility to deliver IBC sites and key sites available for network roll-out project, and for network operations
  • Coordinating and monitoring Regional Office SA Managers/Coordinators
    during the processes of site searching, SSR approval, negotiation &
    PKS (Rental Agreement) signing with landlord, community permit, IMB permit, and any other required permit/licenses to acquire the site
  • Coordinating and monitoring monitoring Regional Office SA
    Managers/coordinators during the processes of negotiation and PKS
    extentions signing with landlord, IMB/HE extension, and any other
    required extension of permit / licenses
  • Supporting network Roll-out, Network Operations, and other
    departments for any escalated site acces problem with lanlord,
    community, and other local Authority. Responding and followingup
    escalated problem and enquiries raised by lanlord, community, and other
    local Authority to the respective NTS department and (or) contractor
  • Proposing and selection of NTS direct local contractors
    for SA works of each region, in cooperation with regional offices and
    procurement departments. Coordinating the implementtaion of prevailling
    PKS with landlords and building owners, in cooperation with contract
    management/legal department
  • Preparing and monitoring the execution of site lease payment request
    from landlords/building owners of new acquired as well as extended
    sites in cooperation with Project Control, Budget Control, Finance

Job Requirement

  • Knowledge of requiretments and processes of SA activity of site infrastructure for network roll-out
  • Knowledge of site infrastructures required for implementation of mobile network service
  • Knowledge in commercial/contractual of site rental agreement
  • Min. D3 in any major
  • Strong in negotiation
  • At least 3 years experience in related field
  • Basic knowledge in telecommunication services and information technology is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily operation security & safety risk management.
  • Administrate and operate aspects of the Safety and Security risk management matter in support of the department task.
